This 200 m² private apartment in Italy explores contemporary residential interiors through simplicity, material continuity and spatial connection. SINTAA developed the interior around an open-plan arrangement, using stone flooring, restrained finishes and carefully integrated kitchen elements to create a calm and coherent living environment. The design avoids unnecessary subdivision, allowing the main living spaces to flow into one another while maintaining distinct areas for cooking, dining and relaxation. Natural materials and carefully proportioned architectural elements provide texture and identity without competing with the overall simplicity of the interior. The project reflects SINTAA’s broader interest in the interaction between people, space and material, applying an architectural approach to the design of a contemporary private home.
