Private House

This 200 m² contemporary private house in Granada, Spain, is conceived around the relationship between architecture, landscape and natural light. The design combines a restrained material palette with courtyards, gardens and carefully positioned openings to create a sequence of interior and exterior spaces. Rather than relying on a fully open elevation, the house uses solid walls and selective glazing to control privacy, sunlight and views. Inside, open-plan living spaces connect directly with the landscaped areas, while stone and neutral finishes reinforce the relationship with the surrounding environment. SINTAA’s design approach brings architecture and interior design together, creating a contemporary Mediterranean home where light, landscape and everyday occupation become central elements of the architectural experience.
